My name is Cassidy and I’m the creator and organizer for The Boneyard and Dog Mouth Studio.
I created this show in late 2023 as a response to personal struggles and barriers created by the California and Davis small business communities.
Artists deserve organized spaces to allow growth and creative freedom, without stealing artists’ profits or gouged vendor prices.
Given our increasingly tense political and economic climate, we all deserve third spaces that value community. The goal of The Boneyard is simply to hang out, have a good time and maybe pay a few bills.
I’m a life long artist and entrepreneur. I’ve operated various small businesses since age 13 and have always worked creatively. I’m so proud of where this community has gone and where it will continue to go.
We all deserve community. Hopefully we can all find that somewhere :)
